What is included in the fee?
Both regular and student registration fees include attendance at all oral and poster presentations and at the technical exhibition, one set of conference proceedings, one ticket to the registration social, breakfast Monday through Thursday, participation in all coffee breaks and lunches, one ticket to the conference banquet and a one-term membership to HVIS. The companion package fee includes one ticket to the registration social, one ticket to the conference banquet and breakfast from Monday through Thursday.
The conference tour to Europa-Park is not included in the fees and can be booked separately.
