Technical Exhibition – Information for Exhibitors

Commercial Exhibit Opportunity at the 11th Hypervelocity Impact Symposium in Freiburg, Germany, April 11-15, 2010

The 2010 HVIS will provide commercial exhibit opportunities for the display of technical services and products pertaining to high and hypervelocity impact studies.

Technical areas of interest include

  • Experimental techniques
  • Diagnostic methods and equipment
  • Theoretical and analytical studies
  • Numerical methods
  • Studies of material response.

Conference Center

Konzerthaus Conference CenterThe 2010 HVIS will be held at the “Konzerthaus Conference Center” in Freiburg. The modern conference center is conveniently located next to the main train station, just 5 to 10 minutes from the historic center of Freiburg on foot.

How to reach the "Konzerthaus Conference Center"

Exhibit booths will be set up next to the symposium hall (plan). The coffee and soft drink service station will be located in the center of the exhibition.

Exhibition Package Costs

Each booth space is 3000 €. The exhibit rate includes:

  • One booth 2 x 3 m
  • Two chairs
  • One table, 1,80 x 0,80 m
  • Electric supply
  • All scheduled meal events including breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, non-alcoholic beverages, registration welcoming, symposium dinner
  • Two complementary symposium registrations for exhibit personnel (all other personnel from your company will need to register as attendees, at attendees rates)
  • Symposium attendee list
  • Company profile online and in the symposium program
  • One CD of the Symposium proceedings
  • One hardcopy of “International Journal of Impact Engineering” – special publication
  • Wi-Fi access within the exhibition hall

Exhibition Dates

The exhibition will take place from Monday to Thursday during the symposium.

Exhibitors will be allowed to access to the “Konzerthaus Conference Center” from Sunday 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., and will be required to leave on Thursday between 3:00 and 8:00 p.m.

Please note the “General Information Regarding Events in the Konzerthaus Freiburg”.

Each exhibitor is responsible for his own booth setup.

Registration

Registration for the exhibition will be possible from October 15, 2009, and can only be made online by filling out the application form with accompanying credit card payment.

Registration and credit card payment are handled by "Intercongress", a local conference service provider.
